For one month now, aurivus has been running the first field tests with lead users, so-called pilot customers at aurivus.
Through the pilot projects, we want to create a customer-oriented software with processes that the customer needs. Of course, we can’t do this without the help of real customers. That’s why we have created pilot projects, where customers have the opportunity to tell us their requirements – to become part of our user story.
We recently held our first user experience exchange seminar, with Daniela and Maja from Laserscanning Europe. The two are specialists in modeling and were able to give us valuable insights into their workflow.
We received suggestions on the usage and usability of our Revit plugin and learned more details about the wishes of our lead users. Updates on important innovations are primarily discussed in person (remotely) in order to obtain insights through direct exchange between users and developers.
